Ms. Rivas has over 13 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, with a dual-language and multicultural background. She's worked in a variety of settings, including dealing with LGBTQ+ individuals, people suffering from addiction issues, sexual assault survivors, as well as partners who were abused. She's worked with Erie patients in 2019 She is currently offering access to Behavioral Health Services via telehealth. Dr. Rivas, who is an active member of the Behavioral Healthcare Perinatal team that works with postpartum and pre-natal women, provides trauma-informed therapy for adults and is a specialist in trauma care. She also offers Individual and Group Therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment Programs, referrals to specialty care Women's Support Group. Amanda is also a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society.
